Umar Dogozari @UmarStarry, a man based in Gwada Niger state, took to
twitter today to support the violent harassment of a woman because she
wore a short dress in public. Umar supported the action of the thugs in
the video, saying the woman deserved it as there's decency in Africa and
it would serve as a lesson for others.
